Customers agrees to pay for the products as posted on the site and the charged will be place for each items purchased.


Our main focus  is  to provide and deliver  outstanding service- excellent customer service and fast delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, customer has 15 days to return the product  shipped by Ketou Medical Supply for credit or refund from the date of delivery. Before returning anything, customer must call or email customer service  to obtain a returned authorization number. The following information is needed:

Customer name, invoice number, and the reason why.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be  calculated  as shipping  charges incurred by us. Once we received  the product and processed a credit or refund will be issued  within 7-10 days and email confirmation will be sent.

The conditions that must be met to issue a refund for a physical product:

  • Product must be in new condition, unopened, and undamaged

  • Items on sale are not eligible for credit or refund

We will not credit or refund a product if it doesn’t meet these conditions.

Shipping  policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates, However, seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. The products will be packaged according to Seller’s standards.
